At LUMISMILES, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will be delivered.


Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Azilda, Ontario. During our initial launch phase, we personally deliver all orders within our local area. This allows us to ensure fast and reliable delivery while maintaining full control over the customer experience.


Delivery Area
We currently ship orders anywhere in Canada. However, personal delivery is limited to the Greater Sudbury, Ontario area. Orders outside this area will be shipped using a standard delivery service.


Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once processed, local deliveries are made within 2–4 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery or has been delivered.


Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for all orders within our current personal delivery area (Greater Sudbury, Ontario). For orders shipped outside this area, standard shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.


Future Shipping Expansion
As we grow, shipping times, fees, and delivery options may change. When this happens, this policy will be updated to reflect our new procedures. For orders outside our local area, we may begin using third-party carriers or fulfillment partners (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or a 3PL provider).
