30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not fully satisfied.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item may be gently used. We understand that to evaluate the effectiveness of our product, some usage may be required.

The item must not be excessively used, damaged due to misuse, or returned in a condition that prevents safe resale or inspection.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Each return is subject to inspection. If we determine the product has been misused, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lumismiles.ca. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is due to dissatisfaction or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
1-Year Product Warranty
We stand by the quality of our whitening system. All LUMISMILES devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, or normal wear and tear.
If your device stops functioning properly within the warranty period, please contact us at support@lumismiles.ca with proof of purchase. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement device at no additional cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
